Presenting a series of photographs taken during their trip, Edoardo Albinati and Francesca d'Aloja, recount their recent mission to Kabul, Kandahar, and rural areas of Afghanistan, visiting the missions of INTERSOS, a humanitarian organisation founded in Italy, that, since 2001, is providing medical care and psycho-social assistance to the population.

Just over a year after the Taliban took control of the country, the two writers have been presented with one of the worst humanitarian crises of our times.
