From 7 May to 29 June 2026, Palazzo Esposizioni Roma will present the World Press Photo exhibition, as it does every year.
On April 9, 2026, the winners of the 71st edition of the prestigious photojournalism contest will be announced, while on April 23, 2026, the Photo of the Year and the finalists will be revealed. On April 24, 2026, the exhibition will open in Amsterdam. Since 1955, the contest has annually awarded the best professional photographers, helping to shape the history of global visual journalism.
