directed by Daniele Ciprì, Franco Maresco. Italy, 1995, 98 min.

followed by an encounter with Fabrizio Rocchetto and Daniele Ciprì

The designers of a brilliant television revolution unprecedented anywhere, the grotesque and crude vision of a sub-urban down-and-out world, Ciprì and Maresco bring their hallucinating universe to the silver screen: in a Palermo that has become a desert filled with repulsive excrement, with intercourse with animals and with mafioso dwarfs, all human relations are snuffed out for good.
