This fascinating tour of the exhibition uses paintings, sculptures, installations and photographs to explore the many styles of contemporary art in the collection of one of the world of art’s great ladies. The superb selection of artworks spans both Europe and the United States, shining the spotlight on works of Pop Art, Minimalism, Arte Povera and much more. A site-specific installation by Marta Pantaleo in the Cube offers children an opportunity to gain real insight into the world of Ileana Sonnabend and the history of one of the 20th century’s most important art collections.
