What did the ancient inhabitants of Teotihuacan eat, how did they cook and what were their favorite foods?  This week we explore their tables and kitchens thanks to material found in the course of archaeological digs, which allows us to form a picture of the natural resources they had available to them and the ways in which they used those resources.
