A century of data and analyses to read and understand Italy’s changes, providing a wealth of knowledge in the service of the community.
The opening section of the exhibition explores the evolution of the Institute, its data production, changes in methods and technologies applied to the development of statistics.
Meanwhile, the Sala Fontana offers an immersive experience, thematic narratives that bring the country’s history to life through a hundred years of statistics.
The exhibition is rounded off with games and visualisations designed to encourage reflection on the importance of official statistics.
The exhibition is further enriched by multidisciplinary seminars that explore the present and future of official statistics, as well as educational workshops for young people and schools: statistical literacy also is a core skill for active citizenship.
