Dr. José Mireles leads the uprising against the Knights Templars drug cartel in Mexico.  In the meantime, along the Altar Valley in Arizona, Tim "Nailer" Foley, a US veteran, heads up the Arizona Border Recon unit bent on preventing  the war among Mexico's drug lords from crossing the border.  When government is incapable of protecting people against the violence of organised crime, private citizens take it upon themselves to do so.
