Poe meets Freud in this masterpiece of horror that kicked off both the cycle based on the work of the American writer, and Corman's collaboration with cult actor Vincent Price.  Corman interprets the murky affair of the Usher brothers, designated victims of the fate of madness and death that afflicts their house, as the delirium of a disturbed mind.
