Ghana 2008.  The country is going to the polls to elect a new president.  The two leading parties' candidates face each other in a white-hot election campaign, seemingly prepared to go to any lengths to make sure that they win.  Despite a few glitches, the democratic process bumps along in normal fashion until election day itself, when an unexpected neck-and-neck result between the two candidates threatens to plunge the country into violence and chaos.
